After 8 months of constant knock backs, I never ever thought I’d see the day! Every single day I have fought a battle with someone to try getting back up and running. We are finally here. Lots of changes to CB and I can’t wait to share them all with you! We are going to be bigger & better than ever before and I can’t wait to get going! With a new beginning for CB comes the time to grow the family... **KATSU SANDO** Katsu Sando is traditionally a Jap **KATSU SANDO** Katsu Sando is traditionally a Japanese style fried pork katsu sandwich . A Pork cutlet deep fried with panko bread crumbs then covered with sweet and fruity Tonkatsu sauce . Sandwiched with slices of fluffy Japanese bread with thinly shredded cabbage. This of course has been given the CB SUSHI twist and is 100% vegan! Just swap the pork for tofu or seitan pork.
