Can’t quite believe I am saying this but here we are...

CB SUSHI is BACK and BACK FOR GOOD!

After 8 months of constant knock backs, I never ever thought I’d see the day! Every single day I have fought a battle with someone to try getting back up and running. We are finally here.

Lots of changes to CB and I can’t wait to share them all with you!
We are going to be bigger & better than ever before and I can’t wait to get going!

With a new beginning for CB comes the time to grow the family... I am looking to take on 2 cooks with a passion for creativity and vegan cooking (must be competent in sushi making) and 2 drivers if you think this is you please message me for further details 🙏🏻

I hope you guys can’t wait as much as me

Thank you to everyone who has stuck by us and waited patiently for the return (it will have been worth the wait) and I truly hope it doesn’t happen again!

**KATSU SANDO** Katsu Sando is traditionally a Japanese style fried pork katsu sandwich . A Pork cutlet deep fried with panko bread crumbs then covered with sweet and fruity Tonkatsu sauce . Sandwiched with slices of fluffy Japanese bread with thinly shredded cabbage. This of course has been given the CB SUSHI twist and is 100% vegan! Just swap the pork for tofu or seitan pork. ◾️Less than 1 month ago I decided to create my own classes to give you guys a taste of what I do!
◾️2020 taught me that something new can come out of a unfortunate situation. ◾️From only ever working on my own to now being able to teach you guys, I couldn’t be more grateful!
◾️I’m a firm believer that it’s up to you on how you overcome the challenges that are thrown at you!
◾️These classes aren’t something I’d ever of thought I’d be able to do whilst working daily on CBSushi and for that and the fact you all want to learn from me I am eternally grateful!
◾️This is just the start and I can’t wait to welcome more of you into my world ‘virtually’.
