Although it is not dangerous to eat our sushi the day after it’s made we are aware of the drastic change in quality!

This is just due to the nature of sushi rice in general

So although we would recommend you eat it on the day of production there is nothing wrong health wise with you consuming it the day later

If you are wanting to store your sushi in the fridge until the next day try 1 of our top tips on how to keep your sushi rice as fresh as possible
