I am Chloe, the founder and Head Chef behind CB SUSHI. I pride myself in producing top quality vegan food, combing innovative and explosive flavours, with artistic elegance. Established in 2018, our aim is to prove that plant-based eating is just as good, if not better than traditional foods, as well as playing a pivotal role in benefiting our environment.
Born and raised in Liverpool, I grew up cooking and creating. With a background in Prosthetic Makeup, I have always journeyed through life with a creative eye, and having lived a vegan lifestyle myself, built a desire to change opinions that vegan food is tasteless and boring.
We cater for all occasions. From off the shelf lunches and snacks found at independent supermarkets, pop up events, to private parties.
We also offer Sushi workshop, these take place in person and you will learn all thing Cbsushi cooking and leave with 3 of our signature boxes.
